The work

In addition to the skills and experiences gained from this program, Youth Ambassadors will also have the opportunity to make a positive impact in their communities. The community engagement projects, for example, will help to promote safe gun ownership to help stop gun violence. (NO guns are used as part of this program.) Interested students can apply to learn more about how to become a Grateful Education Foundation Youth Ambassador. Applications are due by September 15, 2023, so don’t wait!

Our Youth Ambassadors program offers teenagers ages 13-17 an opportunity to make a difference in their communities through civic engagement. Participants are expected to complete 20 hours of service and are provided with a paid stipend upon completion of their work. This program helps to foster a sense of responsibility and civic pride in our young people.
